What we do:
Criminal Law
We represent criminal defendants in Randolph County in cases from traffic tickets and juvenile petitions to serious felony cases. We can advise and advocate for you or a loved one facing criminal investigation or charges. Our criminal defense partners have years of experience in trials and have a proven track record in the courtroom.
Family Law
We counsel individuals craft premarital, postmarital, and separation agreements to understand and protect their rights. We represent litigants in mediation, arbitration, or trial for issues including divorce, custody, child support, spousal support, equitable distribution (property division), and domestic violence. Our domestic law partner has been recognized for her pro bono service on behalf of victims of domestic violence and is a tireless advocate for children’s best interest and the rights of parents and caregivers.
Juvenile Law
Our firm handles both juvenile delinquency petitions - advocating for juveniles who face legal or academic punishments - and abuse/neglect/dependency petitions - advocating for parents when the Department of Social Services becomes involved. These areas of law are unique and affect your constitutional rights as well as your child’s future.
